This acquisition represents an important step in Dissan Group’s expansion strategy in Ontario. “The acquisition of Maunco is an intentional move that supports our long-term growth objectives in Ontario and enhances our ability to serve key markets across the province,” said Alex Trudel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dissan Group.

As the company considered its next chapter, Paul Webber and Colin Ollerhead, Co-owners of Maunco, felt it was important to ensure continuity by transitioning the business to a Canadian-owned organization.
