(“Tanshaw”), a company based in Welland, Ontario. Tanshaw is recognized for its strong regional presence and specialized expertise in the distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment for residential, commercial, and institutional customers across the Golden Horseshoe.

This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Dissan Group in Ontario. “Tanshaw has been part of the Dissan family for many years as a member-distributor and has served as a strong ambassador in Ontario, helping to expand our regional presence and strengthen our market reach.” said Alex Trudel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dissan Group. “Ron and Shawna’s leadership and expertise are highly respected across our organization, and welcoming their team into the Group represents a meaningful continuation of a long-standing and successful collaboration.” 

For Ron and Shawna Hubert, co-owners of Tanshaw, the decision to join Dissan was driven by the desire to ensure continuity and long-term stability for the business.
