MONTREAL, QC – November 2, 2026 – Dissan Group, a national leader in the distribution of janitorial supplies and equipment in Canada, has acquired ICS Clean Supplies Ltd. (“ICS”), a British Columbia-based distributor with locations in Burnaby (Metro Vancouver) and Kamloops (BC Interior).

The transaction gives Dissan Group its first two corporate locations in British Columbia, adding to the Group’s existing presence in the province. ICS brings nearly 30 years of customer relationships across the Lower Mainland and the BC Interior, as well as equipment repair and maintenance services.

Michael Goeree will remain involved through the transition to support the team and ICS’s integration into Dissan Group.

Acquisitions remain central to Dissan Group’s growth strategy. ICS is the Group’s fifth acquisition in 2026 and its 10th since 2024, following three transactions in 2024 and two in 2025. Dissan intends to pursue further acquisitions to add scale in every major region of the country.
