The transaction strengthens Dissan Group’s position in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area and expands its presence in one of Canada’s largest and most dynamic markets. It also marks Dissan’s third acquisition in Ontario this year, reflecting the company’s continued focus on strategic growth across the province.
